Hill Street Cafe’s owner, Joe Abbruzzese, brings over 50 years of hands-on restaurant and bar management experience to Hill Street Cafe — longer than arguably anyone else in the Capital Region’s hospitality scene. Before taking the helm at Hill Street Cafe in 1983, Joe ran Cahoots in Albany NY and, in 1978, owned Tiger’s in Clifton Park. His deep roots in the industry shine through in every aspect of the cafe’s culture and service.

This legacy of leadership and know-how creates confidence for guests, partners, and patrons alike — Joe’s expertise is woven into every menu item, beer poured, and smile shared across the bar.
